Service agreement (public offer)
By placing an order and paying the deposit you accept the terms of this agreement. Its key provisions are below.
- Subject. The Contractor provides intermediary services for retrieving and obtaining official documents in Ukraine through authorised representatives and delivering them to the Client.
- Order. The contract takes effect when the Client pays a deposit of 50% of the agreed price. Before payment the Contractor confirms the final price and estimated timeline. Signing the contract electronically (including by drawing a signature on screen) has the force of a handwritten signature.
- Price. Prices shown in the service catalogue exclude VAT and include state fees, the representative's work and registered postal delivery. VAT of 18% is added to the stated price in accordance with the tax laws of the State of Israel. Courier delivery is charged separately.
- Payment. 50% deposit on ordering; 50% after notification that the document is ready, before dispatch. Payment by card or PayPal.
- Refunds. Before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once the PoA/requests have been submitted, the deposit is non-refundable, except where fulfilment fails through the Contractor's fault — in which case 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Timelines. Timelines are estimates and depend on Ukrainian state authorities and postal services; they are not guaranteed, and the Contractor makes all reasonable efforts to meet them.
- Client's obligations. Provide accurate data and documents, sign the contract (including electronically), issue a power of attorney using the supplied template where required, and pay on time.
- Personal data. Processed under the GDPR solely to fulfil the order; shared only with those directly performing it; stored securely and deleted at the Client's request after completion.
- Liability. The Contractor is not liable for delays or refusals of state authorities and postal services occurring through no fault of its own. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
- Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court at the Contractor's place of registration.
