Is this legal?
Yes. Obtaining documents you are entitled to by law through representatives is a legal practice in both jurisdictions. We operate officially: a contract, official payments, compliance with the laws of all countries involved. We do not engage in sanctions evasion and do not work with sanctioned persons.
Will anyone find out about my enquiry?
Your enquiry is strictly confidential. We do not share data with third parties, do not publish client information and use secure communication channels. You may use a pseudonym when first contacting us.
How do I pay if transfers between the countries are impossible?
You pay an Israeli company, not “the other side” — by an ordinary international payment (card, PayPal, bank transfer to Israel). All local settlements are our concern.
Do you handle repatriation end-to-end?
Yes. If your family roots are in the other country, we take the process turnkey: tracing and obtaining documents, apostilles and legalisation, preparing the consular dossier.
How long does it take?
It depends on the jurisdiction and complexity: from a few weeks (standard certificates) to several months (archival tracing, inheritance). We state a realistic timeline for your case after the free assessment — before any payment.
What if the task turns out to be impossible?
We say so honestly at the free assessment stage — before payment. If impossibility emerges after work has started for reasons beyond your control, the refund procedure under the contract applies.
